Generate affiliate invoices for a period

https://api.fuul.xyz/api/v1/projects//invoices/generate

Creates affiliate commission invoices for the given calendar month. Requires project admin membership
(dashboard session), not a public API key.

PDF files are produced asynchronously: when invoice PDF storage is configured server-side, the response
includes pdf_jobs_enqueued with the number of jobs queued; poll invoice pdf_url or use the PDF redirect
endpoint once processing completes.
