GET https://api.fuul.xyz/api/v1/affiliates/USERIDENTIFIER — returns affiliate fields and codes.
Query identifier_type is optional; if omitted, the server uses evm_address.
If Authorization: Bearer is a project API key, only codes linked to that project are returned, with stats per code.
